Metroplex Tech Billing

Our Billing Terms and Conditions

We provide up-front hourly and flat fee rates on many of our computer services. On business and residential computer, printer, network services not included in our flat fee rates we offer clear, easy to understand hourly billing rates with no contracts, deposits or commitments whatsoever. We can also provide written cost estimates for large scale IT projects.

New Customer Billing

New first time customers are required to pay all service charges at the time of service. Payment will be payable upon receipt to Metroplex Tech. A flat fee travel fee of $15 is charged for all onsite service.

Hardware and Software Billing

All hardware and/or software purchases will require 50% to 100% of the purchase price payable to Metroplex Tech prior to order. The remaining balance will be payable upon receipt.

Onsite Support Billing

All on-site services will incur a one-hour minimum service charge
by Metroplex Tech. Additional time will be billed to the nearest 15 minutes.

IT Project Billing

A signed acceptance of a project work estimate, payment terms and details of the scope of work is required before commencement of any IT project. A deposit is required prior to the start of any new project, with the balance being due and payable upon completion. Project turnaround will be discussed and agreed to prior to commencement of project. Urgent deadlines for clients can also be discussed.

Financial Billing Terms and Conditions

Hourly and Flat Fee services are payable in seven (7) days of the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Retainer Agreements are invoiced in advance of each calendar month and are due and payable prior to the commencement of work.

Payment must be paid in US dollars and can be made by personal or business checks drawn from a US Bank Account, cash or arrangements can be made for direct bank transfer.

Credit card payments must include a 3% service fee of the total amount of your invoice to cover credit card fees.

The client will be liable to refund any unpaid check charges and NSF fees.

Payment terms, such as Net 15 or Net 30, are available for only customers with pre-approved credit. Payments not received 30 days from invoice date are subject to all additional costs of collection, plus interest at the rate of 2.5% per month, compounded daily. Interest and/or a service fee will be charged on any overdue or delinquent invoices until the account is settled.
